“We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.”

-Fmr. President Ronald Reagan

Everyone needs help sometimes, and there is nothing wrong with that. The hardest part is always asking for help, especially if you’ve experienced how people can hold something over your head. Here are a few useful resources to help if you can’t ask, feel free to also check out the Eradication Support Group page for more information on seeking a support group in your area. If you are in immediate danger or it is an emergency, call 911 or 988 for mental health emergencies.
